Prompt Builder is operated by Rodenair De Leon, a sole proprietor, doing business as "Prompt Builder."

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prompt Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Builder is a platform that allows users to create, organize, share, and manage AI prompts for use with large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, and others. The Service includes tools for prompt creation, version history, analytics, template browsing, and AI-assisted prompt refinement.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Generate, store, or share prompts designed to produce harmful, abusive, or deceptive AI outputs.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect your own API keys for third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). You are solely responsible for your use of those APIs and for complying with the terms of service of those providers. Your API keys are stored encrypted and are never shared with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create using the Service. By making a prompt public, you grant other users of the Service a non-exclusive license to view and use that prompt. The Prompt Builder platform, its design, and underlying software are the property of Rodenair De Leon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Builder and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
