Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Every Team workspace starts with a 14-day free trial inside the app. No payment method is collected during the trial, and you are never billed automatically. Billing starts only when you choose to subscribe from the Team page — at that point checkout charges the per-seat monthly price immediately.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Team subscription at any time from the Team page. Cancellation stops future billing, and your team keeps access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
3. Requesting a Refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of a charge, contact us at promptbldr@gmail.com and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, as this allows us to resolve billing issues directly and more quickly.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
